Design-Build provides a unique scenario where you, the buyer, can take an idea for your new office, warehouse, daycare, church, car dealership, or whatever else you need and make it a reality without all the common delays caused by going back and forth with your architect and site engineer and then with your builder and back to the architect again before finding issues mid build that the architect and builder weren’t on the same page about. This is the traditional way, but we don’t like traditional! Too much wasted time, pointing fingers, and money lost. With Titan’s Design-Build system, you have one point of contact through the entire project which means you experience a smooth transition from your back of the napkin idea all the way through to the grand opening of your new building. We’ve made it really easy. Meet with one or more of our team members for a free consultation, get up-front budgetary numbers prior to signing anything, and then receive guidance from us through the entire process.
Working with our in-house design team provides you flexibility you won’t normally find anywhere else. Once we have the building design where you want it, we send it over to our Architect to finalize the design and make sure all code requirements are satisfied. Once the Architect is complete, you review one last time to ensure everything is just the way you want. (Don’t worry, we know you may make more changes going forward) Our team then goes to work putting more accurate numbers together, so you know exactly where you’ll be. If the budget comes back and you need to make changes, we can quickly adjust, and value engineer the building to make your needs and budget fit as closely as possible.
In the meantime, we are also working with the site engineer to ensure your building and site design fit your land without any issues later in the project. If you already have the site design complete, we can work with your engineer to ensure everything flows for permitting and project completion. We understand this process well and can work through it, so you don’t need to.
